How the Mattress Trial Works
Try for 30 days
Just like a new pair of shoes, your new mattress needs some time to break in. Let your body adjust and get used to it for a full 30 days, at a minimum (it'll be worth it, we promise!).
Let us know if you don't love it
If you're not loving the comfort or feel of your mattress after the initial break-in period, no worries. Fill out this form and we'll be in touch within 3-4 business days.
Coordinate your return
Your like-new mattress is a great candidate for donation. We may ask for your help in finding a church or non-profit in your area, to keep it local (and out of the landfill!).

All GhostPillows come with our 101-night sleep trial, so you can take 3+ months to make sure you love it! If you're not sleeping soundly, pillows may be returned at your expense.
Bundles
Saving big with a bundle? Look at you, super saver! Please note that the 101-night trial, however, applies to mattresses and pillows only. Your base, sheets and any other items will pair perfectly with any other mattress you choose next. See the section above for more information on our GhostPillow sleep trial.
Bed Frames
At this time, we do not offer a sleep trial on our bed frames, including the Adjustable Base. But don't worry—your base will pair perfectly with any other mattress you choose, whether it's a GhostBed or not!
Bedding & Accessories
At this time, we do not offer a sleep trial on our bedding and accessories. We're confident that you'll love your purchase, and you'll be able to enjoy them with any mattress you end up with, GhostBed or not!
Massage Topper
Massage Toppers come with a 30-day return window. Massage Toppers in good condition may be returned for a full refund, provided they are postmarked within 30 days of the shipping date. You are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Massaging Neck Pillow
The GhostBed Massaging Neck Pillow comes with a 30-day return window. Neck pillows in good condition may be returned for a full refund, provided they are postmarked within 30 days of the shipping date. You are responsible for all return shipping fees.
