I've only been sleeping in the bed for a couple of weeks, but I have noticed improved sleep.
I'm primarily a back sleeper that sometimes moves to my side. I have been comfortable in both positions.
I'll know more about the cooling properties once summertime arrives, but so far, I've seemed very comfortable in regards to the temperature.
